[1] Product Development & Formulation
Cosmetic products are developed on the basis of clearly defined requirements – ranging from standardised formulations to bespoke developments.
A wide range of existing formulations enables a quick start or targeted adjustments. For specific requirements, new formulations are developed based on active ingredients, application and target market.
Development takes place in our own laboratory, including testing, stability trials and comprehensive product documentation.
[2] Contract manufacturing of cosmetics
Manufacturing is carried out reliably and on a scalable basis – from small batches to mass production.
State-of-the-art equipment and defined process conditions ensure reproducible production of various types of formulations, such as emulsions, surfactant-based or liquid systems.
The close integration of development, production and quality assurance ensures stable processes and a successful market launch.
Your product is ready – we’ll take care of mass production. Do you have a finished formula and a strong product, but no time left or insufficient capacity to bring it to market? We’ll handle production – and give you the freedom to focus on your brand, marketing and growth.
[3] Filling & Packaging
Filling and packaging are tailored to the product, packaging and target market.
A variety of containers, closures and packaging systems are processed reliably, labelled and prepared for dispatch.
Even small batches and individual requirements can be accommodated flexibly.
[4] Packaging & Supply Chain
Packaging components are selected to suit the product, positioning and target market, and integrated into the production process.
Primary and secondary packaging, as well as closures and labels, are technically tested and coordinated.
Procurement, storage and logistical processes are coordinated in line with the requirements.
[5] Quality, Safety & Regulation
All products are developed and documented in accordance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation.
This includes safety assessments, stability and microbiological tests, and the preparation of the Product Information File (PIF).
Relevant data on composition, use, packaging and exposure are recorded and reviewed in a structured manner.

The project process follows clearly defined and agreed steps – from the initial brief through to implementation.
The product, target audience, ingredients, packaging and target market are finalised at an early stage and form the basis for development and production.
